The Ankle

Update on the ankle... saw the surgeon this afternoon. I had a steroid shot today that is killing me right now!!!! Home with my foot up. Tomorrow is touch and go as for going to work too... supposed to stay off of it for 24 hours. So the shot is the way it goes, two week update to the doc to say yea or nay on it working. Might need a bone scan and a second opinion which my sister is working on already. The short of it... still in the boot and need to "journal" my pain, sit on a bike and pedal...not spin and nothing else - not PT, nothing. So another 4 weeks of the same crap!!! No cute fall shoes or pants for me... :-(
